Ukiah Host Lions are the primary reason that the Ukiah Lions Youth Football and Cheer organization is able to offer "no pay to play" to their athletes.
Please make sure your player is hydrating throughout the day and bringing plenty of water to practice!
If you have not turned in your gear from last season (or any previous season) your child is not eligible to play until we have received it! Please reach out and get it to us ASAP! Thanks!

Our BBQ will be Saturday 10/28 at Tood Grove Park from 12-4PM.
We need all the help we can get with getting donations for our raffle/silent auction, if this is something you are able to help with please reach out! We will have donation request letters at the blockhouse with our Tax ID number on them!
Practice Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-7:30 sharp!
Please make sure players are on time for practice and if they can't make it for some reason please notify coaches or team moms.
